An enthusiastic result-oriented senior business professional with more than twenty (20) years of hands-on experience on engagement with organization senior executives in various capacities, the main responsibilities are to establish and Operate center of excellence as a functional unit to identify opportunities and areas for improvements, initiating and delivering strategic business initiatives to maximize business performance and enterprise-wide transformation, committed to effective management by introducing innovative solutions to resolve various organizational and technological challenges. Calm personality, in addition to being fluently bilingual, gave me a unique edge in dealing with challenging stakeholders and being an effective team member.
Mohamed has a strong vision, to deliver services with the purpose of maximizing business performance and enterprise-wide integration (Digital and operational) committed to quality performance, and effective management of the strategic business initiative by introducing innovative solutions to resolve various organizational and technological challenges. Accredited from various international bodies in Project Management Standards and Methodologies, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and IT Service Management.
Responsible for setting up and running the Project Management Office (PMO) with the objective of ensuring projects are delivered using best practices and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality standards.
